A: The Oceana Land Use Conformity Program presents a tremendous opportunity for Commercial Real Estate Brokers. Broker participation is considered essential to its success because brokers are typically the first point of contact made by commercial business owners wishing to establish a new business site or relocate. To fully understand the program, we invite you to learn more and become an APZ-1 Certified Broker. Educational programs and certification will be offered to assist brokers who want to specialize in this area of the City. In addition, the City will provide listing signage to aid in marketing available properties within APZ-1 as well as visibility on YesOceana.com.
