Non-Conforming Businesses Moving Out of APZ-1: Relocation Incentives
Step One:
Contact the Department of Economic Development to confirm whether or not your business qualifies as a nonconforming use located in APZ-1.
Step Two:
Work with a broker and/or the Department of Economic Development to find a suitable location outside of APZ-1 within the City of Virginia Beach.
Step Three:
Apply for the appropriate incentive program(s). Application forms may be downloaded here.
